AN ORDINANCE vacating a certain portion of Iron Avenue and a certain
i:ortion of Seventh Street in the City of Salina.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the north five inches of Iron Avenue in the
City of Salina, Kansas lying between the east line of Seventh Street
and the west line of the alley which. runs north and south between
Seventh Street and Santa Fe Avenue in the City of Salina, Kansas,
and which lies immediately south of and adjoins Lot 107 on Seventh
Street in the City of Salina, be and the same is hereby vacated
and that such portion of said street, so vacated, shall revert
to and become a part of Lot 107 on Seventh Street in the City of
Salina, Kansas.
Section 2. That the east seven and one half inches of Seventh
Street in the City of Salina, Kansas lying between the north line
of Iron Avenue and a line drawn parallel with and 100 feet north
of the north line of Iron Avenue in the City of Salina'. Kansas and
which lies immediately west of and adjoins Lots 105 and 107 on
Seventh Street in the City of Salina, be and the same is hereby
vacated and that such portion of said street, so vacated, shall
revert to and become a part of said Lots 105 and 107 on Seventh
Street in the City of Salina, Kansas.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its publication in the official city paper and after
a certified copy of this ordinance, and proof of such publication,
have been filed for record and recorded in the office of the
Register of Deeds of Saline County, Kansas.
