A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN A PETITION
INITIATING THE VACATION OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR NORTH THIRD STREET

BETWEEN IRON AVENUE AND THE SMOKY HILL RIVER.
Ir BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign a petition on behalf of the City of
Salina as landowner initiating the vacation of North Third Street adjacent to the Salina Community
Theater.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this 12th day of February,
2007.
