AN ORDINANCE appropriating and transferring a certain sum of money
from Public Works Administration Docket No. 2739 "Force Account
Fund" to the Waterworks Department Fund in the City Treasury,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Sa13na,
Kansas:
Section 1. That there be and there is hereby appropriated and
transferred from the Fund or account know as P. W. A. Docket No,
2739 Force Account, to the 1,11aterworks Department Fund the sum of
$368.23, said sum having been originally appropriated from the Water-
works Department Fund to said Force Account and being the balance
remaining unexpended therein.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant, countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the appropriation and transfer of the
-claim mentioned in Section 1 of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force

from and after it passage.

Kansas:
