AN ORDINANCE making an aprropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT OHDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of X18,036.05 be and the same is
hereby apl.ropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company, from the
Special Paving Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Final
Estimate, for materials furnished and labor performed in the con-
struction of paving improvements, under cc-ntract dated Aril 27,
1931.
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina,
Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section
One (1) cf this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or
before 60 days from date and. to draw interest at the rate of four
and one-fourth per cent (4-1/4L1) per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:

is hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company,

ment of Final Estimate, for materials furnished and labor
performed in the construction of paving improvements, under
contract dated April 27, 1931.
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of
Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned
in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to
be payable on or before x,60 days from date and to draw interest
at the rate of four and one-fourth per cent (4-1/4%) per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
