4089 AppropriationsORDINANCE N0. 4089 AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of ?322.50 be and the same is hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company, from the Special Sewer Fund in the City Treasurer for the payment of Final Estimate, for materials furnished and labor performed in the construction of Storm Sev=er No. 22, under contract dated Llarch 9, 1931. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to lie payable on �-r before 60 da-rs from date and to draw interest at the rate of four and one-fourth per cent (4-1/4/,') per annum.
