That the sum of X884.97 be and the same is hereby appropriated to Ray G. Tripp Construction Co::7pany, Herington, Kansas, i from the Special Se er Fund in the City Treasury for the ,`ayment of Final Esti ate for materials furnished and labor performed in the construction of Lateral Sanitary Sev7ers No. 165 and 164,, under eon - tract dated April 27, 1931. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before 60 days from date and to draw interest at the rate of four and one-fourth per cent (4-1/4%) per annum. Tripp Construction Company, Hering - ton, Kansas, from the Special Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Final Estimate for materials furnished and labor performed in the construction of Lateral Sanitary Sewers No. 165 and 166, under contract dated April 27, 1931. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or 11 before '60 days from date and to draw interest at the rate of four and one-fourth per cent (4-1/4%) per annum.
