AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE I`_' ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, nansas:
Section 1.
That the sum of $115.20 be and the same is
hereby appropriated to J. E. Hed from the General Improvement
Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of r'inal Estimate for
material furnished and labor performed in the construction of
steel column type abutment and approach span for the south end
of the existing bridge over the amoky Hill River at Ohio and
Elm Street, under contract dated March 9, 1931.
Section 2. That the llirector of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City
vianager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim
mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shay take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas.:
Section 1. That the sum of $115.20 be and the same
is hereby appropriated to J. E. Hed from the General Improve-
ment Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Final
Estimate for material furnished and labor performed in the
construction of steel column type abutment and approach span
for the south end of the existing bridge over the Smoky Hill
River at Ohio and Elm Street, under contract dated March 9,
1931.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City
Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim
mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
