That the sum of $3,361.25 be and the same is hereby appropriated to 14. J. Taylor Construction Company from the Special Paring r''und in the City Treasury for the pa-,,,ment of r'inal Estimate, for materials furnished and labor performed in the co-struction of paving improvements under contract dated June 15, 1931. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the pa�Iment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before 90 days from date and to draw interest at the rate of four andone- fourth per cent (4-1/46') per annum. That the sum of $3061.25 be and the same is hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company from the Special Paving Fund in the City Treasury for the pay- ment of Final Estimate, for materials furnished and labor performed in the construction of paving improvements under contract dated June 15, 1931. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before 60 days from date and to draw interest at the rate of four and one-fourth per cent (4-1/4%) per annum.
