AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:

Section 1. 'That the sum or 046o.bo oe ana Lne same 1s
hereby appropriated out of the General Improvement Fund in the
City Treasury in pal..-ment of the following claim:
The National Bank of Kmerica Temporary Note #2, and
interest on same $ 435.85
Section 2. That the Director of "finance be and he is
hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the
City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the
claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.

An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
_Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $435.85 be and the
same is hereby appropriated out of the General Improvement
Fund in the City Treasury in payment of the following claim:
The National Bank of America Temporary Note #20 and
interest on same $435.85
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and
he is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by
the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of
the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. _ This ,ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
