ORDINANCE NO. 4066
AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $2,208.80 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the General Improvement Fund in the
City Treasury for the payment of the following claim:
Est. #1 for construction of steel
J. E. Hed, column type abutment & approach span
for the south end of the Ohio Street
Bridge $ 21208.80
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is here-
by authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in
Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
