AN ORDINANCE appropriating and transferring certain money from the
City Clerk's Revolving Fund to the General Fund.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina
Kansas. ,
Section 1. That the sum of $2000,00 heretofore appropriated
out of the Unexpended Balance account in the General Fund to the
City Clerk's Revolving Fund under the provisions of Ordinance No.
4010 to provide for an emergency then existing be and the same is
hereby re -appropriated and transferred from the City Clerk's Revolv-
ing Fund to the General Fund, the emergency for which the same was
originally transferred having ceased to exist.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect on and after its
passage.
