AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of certain
claim.

Section 1. That the sum of $1020.00 be and the same'is`hereby,

appropriayed to H. ;'�. Taylor Cbnstruction�mpany .f rom'the Special
Fund in the 'City-Treawary for the payment of Estiriate NumbBr 1, for
i
materials furnished and labor performed in the constructionof
Storm Sewer No. 22, under contract dated March 9, 1931.
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas,
be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One
(1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or
before 90 days from date and to draw interest at the rate of four

and one-fourth per cent (41&)'1'o'per annum.

Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $1020.00 be and the same is
hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction.Company, from the
Special Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Estimate
Number 1, for materials furnished and labor performed in the con-
struction of Storm Sewer No. 22, under contract dated March 9,
1931.
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina,
Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or

and one-fourth per cent (4-41 ) per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
