That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before 90 days from date and to draw interest at the rate of four I and one-fourth per cent (41&)'1'o'per annum.
