BE IT OKDATNED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1.
That
the sum ^f X2495.20
be and
the
same is
hereby
appropriated from
the
Street Department
account in
the
General
Fund,
to the Airport Fund, in rayment of a certain tractor heretofore pur-
chased out of said Airport _Fund and hich has since be,=,n transfer -ed
to and is no•. being used by and in the service of the Street Depart-
:Hent, such amount being hereby determined to be the Value of said
tractor at the date of its transfer to said Street Depart--,ient.
Section 2. That the City Clerk and the City Treasurer be and
they are hereb,: authorized a. --:d directed to mare the ro?er entries
and tr_insfers on their books to shop:: the transfer o-' said amount
from the Street Department account in the General 144znd, to the
Airport Fund, as provided 1^r ir_ Secti-n .1 of this ordinance.
Section_ 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

ORDINANCE NO. 4052
AN ORDINANCE appropriating certain money from the Street Department
account in the General Fund, to the Airport Fund.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,-.
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $2495.20 be and the same is hereby
appropriated from the Street Department account in the General Fund,
to the Airport Fund, in payment of a certain tractor heretofore pur-
chased out of said Airport Fund and which has since been transferred
to and is now being used by and in the service of the Street Depart-
ment, such amount being hereby determined to be the value of said
tractor at the date of its transfer to said Street Department.
Section 2. That the City Clerk and the City. Treasurer be and
they are hereby authorized and directed to make the proper entries
and transfers on their books to show the transfer of said amount
from the Street Department account in the General Fund, to the Airport
Fund, as provided for in Section 1 of this ordinance.

Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
