4042 AppropriationsORDINANCE NO. 4042 s E z AN ORDINANCE making an apjropriation for the payment of a certain claim: BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of $1,819.00 be and the same is here- by appropriated to R. C. Snyder, from the Special Sewer Fund in the i City Treasury for the payment of Estimate Number 1, for materials furnished and labor performed in the construction of Storm Sevrers No. 21 and 23, under contract dated March 2, 1931. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, aaid Temporary Note to be payable on or before 90 days from date and to dray interest at the rate of four and one-fourt per cent (44!5) per annum.
