AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
i claim.
BE IT ORDAINED b -r the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $214.06 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the General Improvement Fund in the City Treasury
for the payment of the following claim:
Planters State Bank, Temporary Note #39 and interest
on same 214.06
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City
Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim men-
tioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
