t AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.

BE IT ORDAIPJED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
i Section 1. That the sum of X331.05 be and the same is hereby
{
appropriated out of the General Improvement Fund in the City Treasury
I in payment of the following claim;
Chas. E. Banker, City Clerk Cash paid out of Revolving
Fund for labor from March 3
to 7th inclusive $ 331.05
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a vi arrant countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned
in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
