AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Sectior 1. That the sum of $830.65 be and the same is hereby
appropriated to Walter J. Saum, from the General Improvement Fund
in the City Treasury for the payment of Final Estimate for sidewalk
constructed in accordance with Ordinance No. 3970 of the City of
Salina, Kansas, under contract dated November 24, 1930.
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina,
Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in
Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable
on or before 90 days from date, and to draw inter-=st at the rate
of four and one-half per cent (42) per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:__
Section 1. That the sum of 6830.65:be and the same
is hereby appropriated to Walter J. Saum, from the General
Improvement Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Final
Estimate for sidewalk constructed in accordance with Ordinance
No. 3970 of the City of Salina, Kansas, under contract dated
November 24, 1930.
