AN ORDINANCE amending Section 3 of Ordinance No. 4021 providing
for the construction of Storm Sewer No. 23.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 4021 be and the
same is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 3. Storm Sewer No. 23 That it is necessary and it
is hereby ordered that a storm server which is hereby designated
as Storm Sewer No. 23, together with all necessary inlets, con-
nections and other appurtenances be constructed it the Cit�T of
Salina along the following course, to -wit:
Beginning at an existing manhole on a 10" sanitary sewer
in the intersection of Ash Street and Penn Avenue; thence east
asa 15" sewer approxi,lrately 152 feet to a manhole on the existing
36" combined sewer in Ash Street.
Section 2. That the original Section 3 of Ordinance No. 4021
be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect from and after
its publication in the official city paper.
