AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of x¢1,032.90 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the General Improvement Fund in the
City Treasury in payment of the following claim:
Chas. E. Banker, City Clerk Cash paid out of Revolving Fund
for labor from Feb. 24th to 28th
inclusive -------- _1032.90
Section 2. ghat the Director of rinance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned
in Section One of this Ordinance.
Section 3 This Ordinance s1--iail take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

Section 1. That the sum of $1, 32.90 be and the same
is hereby appropriated out of the Oener 1 Improvement Fund in
the City Treasury in payment of the fol owing claim: .
Chas. E. Banker, City Cash paid out f Revolving Fund

inclusive $1032.90
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized to issue a warrant co tersigned by the City
Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim
mentioned in Section One (1) of this -or inance.
Section 3. This ordinance shal take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
