AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. that the sum of $818.70 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the General Improvement Fund in the City Treasury

for the payment of the following claim:

Chas. E. Banker, City Clerk, Cash paid out of Revolving
Fund for labor from Feb. 17th
to 21st inclusive-----------$ 818.70
Section 2. ,khat the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
