AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $1,223.12 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the General Improvement Fund in the City Treasury
for the payment of the following claim:
Chas. E. Banker, City Clerk, Cash paid out of Revolving Fund
for labor, from Feb. 3rd to 7th
inclusive ---------------- $ 1223.12
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the Cit; hanager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim menti-ned in Section
One (1) hereof.
Section 3 This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its pas -age.
