AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of certain
clai-ns .
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Com:issicners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of 41461.90 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the General Improvement Fund in the City
Treasury for the payment of the following claim.
Chas. E. Banker, City Clerk, Cash paid out of Revolving
Fund for labor from January
26 to "anuary 31, incl ------
�� 1461.90
Section 2. That the "'irector cf Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the pa--ment of the claim mentioned
in Section One (1) hereof.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after ills passage.

AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of certain
claims.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $ 1461.90 be and the same hereby
appropriated out of the General Improvement Fluid in the City
Treasury for the payment of the following claim.
Chas. E. Banker, City lerk, Cash paid out of Revolving
Fund for labor from January
26, to January 31, incl. ----$ 1461.90
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City `Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned
in Section One (1) hereof.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect -and be in force
from and after its passage.
