AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain

claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $5148.40 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the Flood Control Fund in the City
Treasury for the payment of the following claim:
The Planters State Bank, Temporary Notes No. 4, 8, 31 and
interest on same --------------gip 3134.70
American Vibrolithic Corpora-
tion Temporary Notes No. 17 and 12
and interest on same -------- 2013.70
Section 2. That the Director of i"i-nance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in
Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
