AN ORDI"DANCE making an appropriation for the payment of certain
claims.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board. of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of 42,287.13 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the General Improvement Fund in the City Treasury
for the payment of the following claim:
Cas. E. Banker, City Clerk, Cash paid out of Revolving
Fund for labor from January
17 to January 26, inclusive-$ 2,287.13
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section
One (1) hereof.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
