AN ORDINANCE appropriating certain moneys out of the Airport Fund
j for the payment of interest March 1st, 1931 and•,a portion of
the principal on the mortgage on the land now owned by the City
of Salina and occupied by the Salina Municipal Airport.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas;
Section 1. khat there be and there is hereby appropriated
out of the Airport Fund in the City Treasury to Dodge Investment !
ompany the sum of $364.50 in payment of the interest due to March
s
lst, 1931, on the first mortgage on the land oAned by the City of

Salina and used and occupied by the Salina Municipal Airport and
the further sum of $5000 to apply on the principal amount of said
mortgage said payments to be made in the consideration of the extension
of the balance due on said mortgage to on or before October 26, 1932
with the privilege of payment of said balance or any part thereof
at any time.
Section 2. That the Director of 1"inance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the -payment of the claim mentioned in Section
1 of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
