AN ORDINA CE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAI F.D by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of 4878.00 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the Seu..,er Fund in the City Treasury for the
payment of the following claim:
Lock Joint Pipe Company cf Reinforced Concr:�te Pipe
Kansas City, I,Iissouri v� 878.00
Section 2. That the Director of r'inance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City f1lanager
upon the City ''reasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned
in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its : assaD7e.

Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $878.00 be and the same
is hereby appropriated out of the Sewer Fund in the City
Treasury for the payment of the following claim:
Lock Joint Pipe Company of Reinforced concrete pipe $878.00
