claim.
BE I'T' ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. -'hat the sum of 4;;25,565.82 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the Se,�✓er Fund in the City Treasury for the pay-
ment of the following claim:
The National Bank of America, Temporary Notes No. 7, 9, 20, 24,
A-3, 32, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 41 and
interdst on same ------- 259565.82
Section 2. That the Director of V'inance be and 1-e is hereby
authori,ed to issue a warrant countersigned by the City lvanager
uron the City Treasurer for the payment of the claiin mentioned in
Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

is hereby appropriated out of the Sewer Fund in the City Treasury
for -the payment of the following claim:

37, 38, 41 and interest on

Section 2. That.-Ehe Director of Finance be and he is
hereby agthobized to.issue a warrant countersigned by the City
\Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of,the claim
