claim.
BE I" OjDt ',TED by the Board of Co=,,issioners of the City, of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of 6W697.20 be and the same is hereby
appropriated to R. C. Snyder from the Special Sewer Fund in the City
Treasury for the payment of �'i nal Estimate for labor performed in
the excavation of drainage ditch and laying pipe crossin,-s betvieen
Second' and ftepublic and Third and Crati-ford Streets, (Storm Sever
Number 20), under contract dated. October 27, 1930.
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina,
Kansas, be issued for the uayment of the claim mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or
before 10 days from date and to draw interest at the rate of 42
per cent per annum.
Secti^n 3. This ordinance shall '-ake effect and be in force
from and after its passe.;( -e.

An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board -of ComLussioners of the City of
Salina; Kansas: -
Section 1. That the sum of $697.20 be and the same
is hereby appropriated to_R. C. Snyder from the Special Sewer
Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Final Estimate
for labor performed in the excavation of drainage ditch and
laying pipe crossings between Second and Republic and Third
and Crawford Streets, (Storm Sewer Number 20), under contract
dated October 27, 1930.
Section 2,. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina,
Kansas, be issued -for the payment. _of.._the._claim mentioned in
Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be
payable on or beforellp days from date and to draw interest
at the rate 0f`42 per cent per annum•
Section $. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
