BE !T ORD3I iED by tl-e Board of Com-r,issioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of X327.23 be and the same is hereby
apj ropriated to Halter Saum from the Special Side? -alk bund in the
City Treasury for the Fav ent of estimate 'umber 1, for materials
furnished a, c. labor performed in construction of concrete side-
,talks provided for in Ordinance No. 397,1- under contract dated
T==ovember 24, 1930.
Section 2. That a Tenporary, Note of the City of Salina,
Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in
Section 1 of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable
on or before 6r) days from date and to dratia interest at the rate
s of 42 per cent per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage*

ORDINANCE NO. 4003
An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Bo: rd of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $327.23 be and the same
is hereby appropriated to Walter Saum from the Special Sidewalk
Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Estimate Number 10
for materials furnished and labor performed in construction of
concrete sidewalks provided for in Ordinance No. 3970 under
contract dated November 240 1930.
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina,
Kansas,. be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in
Section 1 of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable
on or before t6o) days from date and to draw interest at the
rate of 42 per cent per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
