AN ORDINANCE making an appropriati^n for the nay ment of a certain
c laim.
BE IT ORDAITIED by the Board of Commissi-ners of the City of
Salina, Kansas.
Section 1.
That the sum of $1,673.89 be and the same is
hereby appropriated to R. C. Snyder from the Special Seaver Fund
in the City Treasury for the payment of "incl estimate, for
materials furnished and labor performed in the construction of
Sanitary Sewers Numbers 5, 144, 145, 149, and 162, and for Storm
Sewer Lumber 19, tLnder contract dated October 13, 1930.
Section 2. 'i'hat a Temporary Note of the City of Salina,
Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in
Section 1 of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable
on or before 30 days from date and to draw interest at the rate
of 4z per cent per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $1,673.89 be and the
same is hereby appropriated to R. C. Snyder from the Special
Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Final
Estimate, for materials furnished and labor performed in the
construction of Sanitary Sewers Numbers 5, 144, 1452 149, and
162, and for Storm Sewer Number 190 under contract dated
October 13, 1930.
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of
Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned
in Section l.of-.this ordinance, said Temporary Note.to be
payable on or before a00 days from date and to draw interest
at the rate of 42 per cent per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
