BE I`1' ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of X1,896.06 be and the same is hereby
i
appropriated to R. C. Snyder, from the Special Sewer Fund in the
City Treasury for the payment of Final Estimate for material furnished
and labor performed in the construction of Lateral Sanitary Sewers
Nos. 163 and 164, under contract dated October 27, 17130.
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas,
be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section 1 of
this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be pa?Table on or before 30
days from date and to draw interest at the rate of 42 _er cent per
annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall. take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the spm of $1,896.06 be and the same
is hereby appropriated to R. C. Snyder, from the Special
Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Final
Estimate for material furnished and labor performed in the
construction of Lateral Sanitary Sewers Nos. 163 and 164,
under contract dated October 27, 1930.
Section 2. That a.Temporary Note of the City of Salina,
Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in
Section 1 of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable
on 'or before
interest at the
rate of 4- per cent per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
