AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
c laim .
BE IT ORDAIi'ED by the 15oard of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas.
Section 1. That the sum of $83,767.77 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for
the payment of the following claim:
Farmers National Bank, Temporary Notes A-2, 193, 25,
29, 30,33 and interest on
same. 83,767.77
Section 2. That the Director of Yinance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section
i
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage,

Salina, Kansas:

Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim
mentioned in Section .One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take -effect and -.be in
