AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of certain
c lai-ns .
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of X36,197.54 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the Bonds & Coupons Fund in the City
Treasury for the payment of the following claims:
T.B.Boyd, State Treasurer Bonds, Interest & Commis -
and Kansas Fiscal Agent sion due Jan. 1, 1931 X35,995.04
T. B. Boyd, State Treasurer Bonds and Interest due
Jan. 1, 1931 202.50
Total ------P 36,197.54
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue warrants countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer, payable on, but not before, January lst, 1931,
in payment of the claims mentioned in Section One (1) of this
ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
