3978 AppropriationsL ORDINANCE NO. 3978 AN ORDIN.LNCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of $4,338.53 be and the same is hereby appropriated to R. C. Snyder, from the Special Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of 85"., of Estimate Number 1, Job 'I"To. 59, for materials furnished and labor performed in the construction of Lateral Sanitary Seviers No. 5-144-145-149 and Storm Sewer No. 19 under contract dated October 13, 1930. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before 90 da�rs from date and to draw interest at the rate of four and one-half (420) per cent per annum.
