J. Taylor Construction Com any from the Special Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of 85�! of Estimate No. 5, Job No. 45, for materials furnished and labor performed in the construction of Storm Sewers No. 17 and 18, under contract dated April 7, 1930. Section 2. `l'hat a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before 90 days from date, and to draw interest at the rate of four and one-half per cent (42`1) per annum.
