BE IT ORDAINED BY T"TE BOARD OF COTNIIIISSIONERS of the City of Salina, Kansas; Section 1. That the sum of $819.45 ae and the same is hereby appropriated to L. W. Rexroad, from the Paving blind in the City Treasury for the payment of Final Estimate, Job No. 57, for materials furnished and labor performed in the construction of paving i prove- ments under contract dated April 7, 1:?30. Section 2. That the Director of Iinance be and he is hereby authorized ,o issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
