BE I`1' ORDAINED by the Board of Com- issioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. 'That the sum of X100.62 be and the same is hereby ap,_ropriated to L. V. Rexroad from the Flood Control Fund in the 1 City Treasury for the payment of Final Estimate, Job No. 52, for materials furnished and labor performed in the construction of Dry Creek Flood Control project under contract dated March 10, 1930. Section 2. `''hat a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas be issued for the pW-ment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary! Note to be payable on or before 9(i days from date, and to d raw -Interest at the rate of four and one-half per cent (41 ) per annum. Section 3.
