AN ORDINANCE amending Section 7 of Ordinance No. 3963 relating to
and creating and defining certain lateral sanitary sewer
districts in the City of Salina and providing for the con-
struction of lateral sanitary sewers therein.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 7 of Ordinance No. 3963 in the City
of Salina be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 7. Lateral Sewer District No. 162 That there be and
there is hereby created a lateral sanitary sewer district in the City
of Salina, which shall be designated as Lateral Sewer District No. 162,
and which shall include all of the following described property in the
City of Salina, to -wit: South 50 ft. of Lot 5 and all of Lots 6, 7
and 8 in Block 3, Morrisons `l"hird Addition; Lot 8, 10 and 12 in Block
3 Replat of part of Morrisons Third Addition; the west 85 ft. of Lots
1 and 3, and all of lots 5 and 7 in Block 4, Replat of part of Morrisons
Third Addition."
Section 2. That the original Section 7 of Ordinance No. 3963
be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect from and after
its publication in the official city paper.
