3968 AppropriationsORDINANCE NO. 3968 P AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the �'ity of Salina, Kansas. Section 1. That the sum of $17,496.56 be and the same is hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company from the Special Sever Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of 85% of Estimate No. 4, Job. No. 45, for materials furnished and labor performed in the construction of Storm Severs No. 17 and 18, under contract dated April 7, 193 Secti-n 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) cf this ordinance, said Temporary Mote to be payable on or before 90 days from date, and to draw interest at the rate of four and one-half ter cent per annum.
