BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina

Kansas:
Secti"n 1. That the sum of $105,539.27 be and the same
is hereby appropriated out of the Paving Fund in the City Treasury
i
for the payment of the following claims:
Planters State Bank Temporary Notes 6-19-14-
15-22-23-A-1, and interest
on same $ 68,992.77
Farmers National Bank Temporary Notes 11-18
and interest on same 22,916.41

Golden Belt Lumber Co., Temporary Note #21 and li
interest on same 10,661.36
Putnam Investment Co., Temporary Note #13 and
interest on same 29524.84
A. A. Wilson Temporary Note #28 and
interest on same 443.89

Section 2. That the Lirector of 'rinance be and he is

hereby authorized to issue warrants countersigned by the City
Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims
mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
i Section 3. This ordinance shall_ take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of

Section 1. That the sum of $105,5318,27 'be and the
