AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas.
Section 1. That the stun of q"p57,935.54 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the Bonds and. Interest Fund in the
City Treasury for the payment of the fo'lowing claim:
T. B. Boyd, State Treasurer Bonds, Interest and Com -
and Kansas Fiscal Agent mission due Oct. 1st,
1930 �; 57,935.54
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims mentioned
in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
