BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Comn7ssioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
SECTION 1. hat Ordinance No. 3956 of the City of Salina,
passed September 2, 1930, be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect from and after
its publication in the official city paper.
