Section 1. That the sum of $6,000.00 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the Library Fund in the City Treasury
for the payment of the following claim:
Henry H. Eberhardt, City Appropriati^n, Libary
Treasurer Fund, 1929 tax money 6,000.00
Section 2. That the Cirector of -finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in
Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and aftdr its passage.

AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of k'ommissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $6,000.00 be and the same
is hereby appropriated out of the Library Fund in the City
Treasury for the payment of the following claim:
Henry H. Eberhardt, City Appropriation, Library
Treasurer Fund, 1929 tax money 62000.00
Section 2. That the Director of V'inance be and he is
hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the
City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the
claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
