3954 Appropriationsf ORDINANCE NO. 3954 AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim.. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of $3,708.33 be and the same is hereby approrriated to R. C. Snyder from the Special Sewer Fund in the Treasury for the payment of Final Estimate, Job No. 58, for materials furnished and labor performed in the construction of Lateral Sanitary Sewers No. 147 and 160, under contract dated July 14th, 1930, Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Secti-n 1 of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before 90 days from date, and to draw interest at the rate of four and one-half per cent (41 ) per annum.
