3953 AppropriationsORDINANCE NO. 3953 AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of $10,520.63 be and the same is hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company from the Special Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of 65% of Estimate No. 3, Job No. 45, for materials furnished and labor performed in the construction of Storm Sewers No. 17 and 18, under contract dated April 7., 1930. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section 1 of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before 90 days from date and to draw interest at the rate of four and one- half per cent (4'%) per annum.
