3955 AppropriationsORDINANCE NO. 3955 i AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansan: Section 1. That the sum of $335.66 be and the same is hereby appropriated to C. B. Briscoe from the Sidewalk Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Final Estimate of Job No. 56, for materials furnished and labor performed in the construction of concrete sidewalks, under contract dated July 14th, 1930, Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section 1 of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before January 15th, 1931, and to draw interest at the rate of four and one-half per cent (41%) per annum.
