3952 AppropriationsORDINANCE NO. 3952 AN ORDI"ANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDAINED by- the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of $504.10 be and the same is hereby appropriated to L. W. Rexroad from the Special Paving Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of 85% of Estimate No. 5, Job #57, for materials furnished and labor performed in the construction of paving improvements in the City of Salina, Kansas, under contract dat8d April 7, 1930. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section 1 of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before 30 days from date, and to draw interest at the rate of four and one-half per cent (42/) per annum.
