AN ORDINANCE MIAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE PAY"iT7,N'1' OF A CERTAIN
CLAIM.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of w1107.05 be and the same is
hereby appropriated to L. W. Rexorad from the Flood Control Fund
in the City Treasury for the payment of Estimate Number 5, Job 52,
for labor performed in the d'onstruction of Dry Creek Flood Control
improvements, under contract dated March 10, 1930.
Section 2. That a temporary note of the City of Salina,
Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section
1 of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or be-
fore 90 days from date, and to draw interest at the rate of four
and one-half per cent (41%) per annum.

Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $1107.05 be and the same is
hereby appropriated to L. W. Rexroad from the Flood Control Fund
in the City Treasury for the payment of Estimate Number 5,
Job. 52, for labor performed in the construction of Dry Creek
Flood Control improvements, under contract dated "larch 100

Section 2. That a temporary note of the City of
Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned
in Section 1 of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be
