3941 AppropriationsORDINANCE NO. 3941 AN ORDINANCE making an apropriation for the payment of a certain claim BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of $1026.59 be and the same is hereby app=ropriated to L. ,7. Rexroad from the Special Paving Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Final Estimate, Job No. 57-B for labor performed and materials furnished in the construction of curbing and guttering Woodland Avenue from Santa Fe Avenue to Seventh Street, under contract dated July 14, 1930. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section 1 of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before 60 days from date, and to draw interest at the rate of four and one-half per cent (42') per annum.
