3940 AppropriationsORDINANCE NO. 3940 AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the Oity of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of $18,775.08 be and the same is here- by appro.- riated to L. W. Rexroad from the Special Paving Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of 851� of Estimate Number 4, Job 571 for materials furnished and labor performed in the con- struction of paving improvements in the City of Salina, Kansas, under contract dated April 73, 1930. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section 1 of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before GO days from date, and to draw interest at the ra`e of four and one-half per cent (420) per annum.
